Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Product Definition and Acceptance of Terms
Qanty is a cloud software platform (SaaS) specializing in appointment scheduling, queue management, and omnichannel customer service, developed and operated exclusively by Dinámica y Desarrollo SAS (hereinafter, the "Company"). By accessing and using Qanty (hereinafter, the "Platform" or the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Through Qanty, the Company provides a B2B technological solution that includes Artificial Intelligence orchestration, digital ticket issuance, API integrations, video calls, and digital signage. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with prior notice to our active clients.
3. Use of the Platform
The use of our services is subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your organization.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- The use of the platform for illegal purposes, reverse engineering, or any action that compromises the security or performance of the system is prohibited.
- The content that your organization disseminates through Qanty's digital signage is your sole responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Qanty platform, including its source code, databases, user interface design, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Dinámica y Desarrollo SAS and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinámica y Desarrollo SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Qanty after the publication of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Applicable Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the tax domicile of Dinámica y Desarrollo SAS, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
