- Execution of the contractual relationship for the provision of the software.
- Automated queue management, ticket assignment, and appointment reminders via WhatsApp or email.
- Generation of real-time analytics and performance reports to improve customer service.
- Technical support, platform updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Compliance with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
